There are actually several out there but only a few are a one-stop shop deal that's worth your time. So, to help you fellow bloggers, who are searching for great free Blogger templates, find one, I've come up with the top seven best in terms of variety of selection, excellent design and functionality. Here goes:
- BTemplates - Has a wide selection with beautiful and funky designs. They even have ones patterned from Wordpress! Each template is easy to inspect and download.
- Blogger Buster - 101 free templates to choose from.
- Our Blog Templates - Still many selections with lots of features to offer.
- Mashable - 70 cool array of the newest Blogger templates.
- Final Sense - Wide selection, simple designs, and many personalized ones that you would surely find something related to your interest or hobby.
- Technobuzz.net - 60 Beautiful Templates.
- Suck My Lolly - If the double entendre in the title offends you, you may ignore it all you like, but please don't ignore the nice and cute templates this site has to offer.

why didn't i find out about the BTemplates? It sure offers nice designs! I love the ARTICLE template!
Oh my, I only had my eyes on Our Blog Templates. But anyway, OBT is also ok but I experienced some glitches (which I think are not OBT's fault but my widgets'.)

I love BTemplates! I found most of my previous templates there, though you just have to be careful with some of them because they might not be well suited with the new Blogger (the one using Layouts).
I've had it with changing templates for now. It's so time-consuming. Maybe next time, but not anytime soon :).
